Refund policy

1. Returns within the European Union

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
However, this right only applies to unused, uninstalled, and undamaged products.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, labels, and documentation.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item value.


2. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical or electronic parts that have been installed, connected, or tested

  • Custom-made or special-order parts

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, handling, or modification

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

⚠️ Auto parts that have been fitted or show signs of use are strictly non-returnable.


3. How to request a return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
⚠️ Do not return any item without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly.
We recommend trackable shipping and insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Partial refunds may be applied for items that are used, damaged, or missing packaging.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

7. No returns outside Europe

Orders shipped outside the European Union are final sale and non-returnable, except for shipping damage or incorrect items sent by us.

We do not cover customs duties, taxes, or import charges for any returns from outside the EU.


8. Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
